Cornerstone is licensed by the State of Minnesota to provide Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 245D. You may qualify to receive these services through a waiver program such as the Developmental Disabilities Waiver (DD), Elderly Waiver (EW), Brain Injury Waiver (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC) or Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI). These services are part of a state initiative to improve the dignity, health and independence of Minnesota residents.

Care and Companionship
