Q. How much notice do you need for a booking?
A. While we recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests based on availability.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. To ensure timely and efficient service for all our clients, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on the day prior to your scheduled ride. Cancellations made after this time will be considered last-minute and are subject to a fee equal to our current base rate.
When your trip is scheduled and confirmed, it reserves a dedicated time slot and vehicle that becomes unavailable for other members. As such, timely communication regarding any changes or cancellations is critical. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us serve all clients reliably and efficiently.

One-Way base rate: $20
Round-Trip base rate: $40
Mileage Fee: $1.80 per mile

No-Show Fee: $25
Waiting Time: $10 (Per 15 minutes)
Out-of-Area Service Fees (Deadhead mileage): Additional mileage charges apply for pickup /drop-off locations outside our standard service zone.
